Kildare Town Wellness Weekend ~ Mindfulness Talk at Solas Bhríde

This will be a gentle 60 minute session on “Mindfulness” explaining what it is, how it works to help reduce stress/ anxiety in our lives and how it can be integrated into our daily life in an easy manner to the greatest effect. No experience or equipment necessary, just yourself. There will be some simple practices which can be integrated into daily life. If you have always been curious about “Mindfulness” but have never tried it why not come and join us as part of Kildare Wellness Weekend.

World Wellness Weekend 2020 is celebrated in Kildare Town this year with a mix of great wellness and health events running from 18th - 20th September in various venues around the town.

Important Information

Kildare Town Projects Group has a strict Covid-19 policy which all of our volunteers have been informed of. The Group has a Covid Compliance Officer appointed who has completed a Certificate in Covid Regulations with Sports Ireland.

We kindly ask that all people attending the event over Wellness Weekend continue to observe strict social distancing and hygiene recommendations. People attending indoor events must wear an appropriate face-covering.

All participants will receive a Self-Assessment form via email with their ticket confirmation which must be filled in no longer than 48 hours before the event. This form can be emailed to kildaretownpg@gmail.com or brought along on the day.
