This Science Camp takes place at St. Brigid’s Primary School, Kildare Town (De La Salle Hall).
What is happening for Easter?
During this really fun, exciting and educational Chemistry Chaos Science Camp, children will do lots of hands-on Chemistry Experiments!
Using a range of safe solutions, they will learn all about pH and acids and bases and test liquids safely themselves!
They will use this knowledge of chemistry to make blasting volcanos!

What is Happening for Easter
In each club, we have a list of Themes, Challenges and Games which children can choose for themselves to build.
Teamwork is encouraged and different jobs involved in each group project worked through. Boxes are available to collect pieces for ideas being discussed. Each creation is put on display on our creation table. Tidying up is encouraged at the end of each session.

What is Happening for Easter?
WOWZA – this is going to be FUN FUN FUN!!! The STARCAMP gang all go a little “MAD HATTER” for this wonderful camp. With the usual STARCAMP offering of all things performance, fun and games, there will be so much EGG-stra festive crack thrown in such as treasure trails and egg hunts! ALSO – you will also receive a 24 page printable booklet which will give miles of additional entertainment over the Easter break such as recipes, art, games, jokes and riddles! And of course, our wonderful sponsor, Gala Retail, have lots of fun giveaways throughout the week too!
DETAILS OF OUR EASTER CAMPS:
- Open to ALL BOYS & GIRLS AGED 4-12, whether the shy and less confident type or those born for the stage – it does not matter. What matters is that children need simple fun and laughter with friends – and we are throwing that at them in Easter bucketloads!
- 9.30am – 2:30pm Tuesday to Friday (4 Days) for the mid term 3rd – 6th April (Mon-Thurs) & 11th-14th April (Tues-Fri) To avoid congestion, we may stagger drop off & collection times. If you have more than one child to collect, they can all be collected at the one collection time.
- Qualified or trainee teachers and professionals are amongst Starcamp’s talented instructors. They are all given thorough STARCAMP training and are all Garda vetted.
- Children should wear comfortable pants, and soft shoes / runners, bring a packed lunch & plenty to drink.

Easter Forest Camps - near Kilcock

Larchill Arcadian Gardens, on the Meath border with Kilcock, Co. Kildare.
What is Happening for Easter?
We have multiple activities on offer each day, these can include: fire lighting techniques, make-and-create areas with tools (observed by a leader), relaxing areas, nature crafts (inks and dyes, clay crafts, willow crafts), charcoal making, wooden crafts, slippery slopes to slide down, mud and clay play. We also play games and develop our nature awareness skills.
Our sessions have a familiar daily routine and the activities on offer are varied and are chosen by the child. The ethos that underpins our work is that of child-led play and personal development so learning happens holistically for each child.
Age: Suitable for children age 5 to 10 years.
Times: 10am to 3pm each day.
