Kildare Biodiversity Week 2019 Event - Go Batty at Maynooth University

Kildare bat group with Maynooth Tidy Towns, NUIM Green Campus and Maynooth Men’s Shed will host a bat walk through the grounds of St. Patrick’s College Maynooth.
Location: Meet at the walked garden NUIM
Note: This event maybe cancelled in the event of rain. No dogs allowed.

The theme for Biodiversity Week 2019 is ‘Our Biodiversity, Our Food, Our Health’.
Kildare Biodiversity Week has been organised to develop awareness of the importance of biodiversity and to better understand its value to the local, national and international communities.
The people of Kildare are invited to get out into Kildare’s Biodiversity, to visit Kildare wild spots, lakes, rivers, bogs, woodlands or to simply enjoy the biodiversity of their back garden.
