Kildare Biodiversity Week 2019 Event - Bee-tastic Gardens

Come along to the Bog of Allen Nature Centre and discover how to make your garden bee-tastic with the Irish Peatland Conservation Council Discover the world of pollinators including wildflowers and hibernation tips to attract them to your garden.
The theme for Biodiversity Week 2019 is ‘Our Biodiversity, Our Food, Our Health’.
Kildare Biodiversity Week has been organised to develop awareness of the importance of biodiversity and to better understand its value to the local, national and international communities.
The people of Kildare are invited to get out into Kildare’s Biodiversity, to visit Kildare wild spots, lakes, rivers, bogs, woodlands or to simply enjoy the biodiversity of their back garden.
