Kildare Biodiversity Week 2019 Event - Bat Walk and Talk

Maynooth Tidy Towns together with Kildare Bat Group will be hosting a Bat Walk and Talk led by Anna Collins.

Location: Entrance to St. Patrick’s College,Maynooth University South Campus.
Admission: Free event - No booking required.
Children must be accompanied by
an adult.

The theme for Biodiversity Week 2019 is ‘Our Biodiversity, Our Food, Our Health’.

Kildare Biodiversity Week has been organised to develop awareness of the importance of biodiversity and to better understand its value to the local, national and international communities.

The people of Kildare are invited to get out into Kildare’s Biodiversity, to visit Kildare wild spots, lakes, rivers, bogs, woodlands or to simply enjoy the biodiversity of their back garden.
