The Fenian Rising of 1867 by Kill Local History Group

The Fenians – talk by Michael Kenny. At 8pm the group will meet at the John Devoy memorial at Greenhills between Kill and Johnstown where Brian McCabe will read from an account of a gathering there 50 years ago which was held to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the The Fenian Rising of 1867. The group will then proceed to the parish meeting room for Michael Kenny’s talk at 8:30pm.
