National Heritage Week - Urban Foraging by Bernard Gibney

Taking a stroll through the medieval town of Kildare foraging the edible delights in our hedgrows, urban gardens and grass verges. Along the way we will highlight some of the important built heritage of the town and chat about sustainability and preserving our local foods.
The event will include a cooking demo back in front of the Heritage Centre
