Kildare Town Wellness Weekend ~ Sound Bath

Sound Bath with Sabine:

Bathe in beautiful sounds of ancestral instruments like Tibetan bowls, Wind Gong, Shamanic Drum, Crystal bowl, tuning forks, etc. and experiment a deep sense of relaxation. Sound therapy has been used for thousands of years to heal people from any ailments. The sound generated by the sound therapist will be like a blanket of sound around you, it will clear your energy field, and relax your mind, body and spirit in profound ways.

World Wellness Weekend 2020 is celebrated in Kildare Town this year with a mix of great wellness and health events running from 18th - 20th September in various venues around the town.

Important Information

Kildare Town Projects Group has a strict Covid-19 policy which all of our volunteers have been informed of. The Group has a Covid Compliance Officer appointed who has completed a Certificate in Covid Regulations with Sports Ireland.

We kindly ask that all people attending the event over Wellness Weekend continue to observe strict social distancing and hygiene recommendations. People attending indoor events must wear an appropriate face-covering.

All participants will receive a Self-Assessment form via email with their ticket confirmation which must be filled in no longer than 48 hours before the event. This form can be emailed to kildaretownpg@gmail.com or brought along on the day.
