Kildare Thoroughbred Fathers Day Run

5k/10k & Half Marathon for the Peter McVerry Trust
The Thoroughbred Run Kildare are delighted to announce that we are anticipating a very successful event this year. We are now in our third year and registration has been very busy, the good news from all of that is that we find ourselves in a position to be able to make a charitable donation this year. Our chosen charity for the 2016 event is the Peter McVerry Trust .
The Peter McVerry Trust as most of you will know do a lot of very good work for the homeless in Ireland and have an effect locally on the lives of those less fortunate in our own community.
In the present climate it will come as no surprise to anybody that charities involved in helping the homeless have never been more in need of funding and we want to help in whatever way we can.
By taking part in the Thoroughbred Run Kildare you can be sure that not alone are you taking part in a top class event but you are also helping a very worthy cause.
