About the Play
Set around the Events of Bloody Sunday, the 50 year anniversary of which falls on 30th January 2022, the play explores the effects of that day on two people as years later a relative of one of the victims confronts a soldier involved. Accusations, anger, guilt, lies and blame follow.
About the Group
The Butt Drama Circle from Ballybofey, Co Donegal has been going now for 62 years and has competed in many drama festivals over the years. As well as the festival play each year the BDC stages a pantomime, summer show for teenagers, and produces at least two other productions throughout the year and are the hosts of the Donegal Schools Drama Festival
