Kildare Biodiversity Week 2019 Event
The people of Kildare are invited to get out into Kildare’s Biodiversity, to visit Kildare wild spots, lakes, rivers, bogs, woodlands or to simply enjoy the biodiversity of their back garden.
Kildare Biodiversity Week has been organised to develop awareness of the importance of biodiversity and to better understand its value to the local, national and international communities.
The theme for Biodiversity Week 2019 is ‘Our Biodiversity, Our Food, Our Health’.
This listing of events has been compiled by Kildare County Council.
All events listed here are free.
Children are welcome but should be accompanied by a responsible adult. Please dress suitably for the
weather. Dogs must be on leads.

Dawn Chorus Day walk in Maynooth University Campus.
Meet in front of John Paul II Library
