Family Walking tour around Kildare Town – The Acorn Trail

Kildare in Irish is ‘Cill Dara’ which means Church of the Oak… come on our Acorn trail and see where the seeds of this strong tree began their journey and how it all connects to the famous St Brigid.. hear stories of Saint Brigid and maybe even share your favourite story with us.. complete the trail and you get to entre into a month prize draw to win a family day out!!

We have Acorn trail cards available at many locations throughout the town for you to follow in your own time
