Would you like to be part of this year's Medieval Festival, if so fill in the form below and we will get back to you.

We are looking for volunteers for the set up and breakdown of the Festival on the day along with extra hands to help out with workshops and activities and stewards who will be keeping an eye on the event to ensure queues don't get too long, litter doesn't build up and everybody is having a good time. We will feed you, water you, provide you costumes for the day and we guarantee lots of fun, come on why not help out this year?!

    Please fill out the form below if you like to hold a stall at the Kildare Town Medieval Festival, August 12th 2018. Remember, it's a Medieval Festival so efforts to fit in with this theme, through costumes or product names etc. are appreciated and we promise you'll have more fun too!

     

      The Kildare Town Medieval Festival charges a small fee to pitch every year to help with running costs. For 2018 the fees are:
      • Food stall: €100
      • Merchandise stall: €40

      Community Call Out!

      The Kildare Town Medieval Festival is a community event run entirely by a volunteer committee and of course, a huge team who come on board on the day of the festival.

      New help needed! This year we are asking local groups to "Adopt a Game". This involves taking over a medieval game (we have plenty of ideas already) from the build to running it at the Festival on the day. We will be on hand to help with anything you need and there will be a donation for your Club or Group for taking part in the day. This idea is aimed at all community groups, sports clubs and schools in Kildare and surrounding areas. Please contact us on kildaretownmedievalfest@gmail.com to get involved!

      Stalls

      This year's Festival promises to have a host of great stalls with something to suit all the visitors on the day. If you have an idea for a food or merchandise stall that has a medieval twist please let us know here.
